STONERS
March 15, 2007, 11:42 p.m.The lawsuit, filed on their behalf by the Colorado branch of the American Civil Liberties Union, claims they were ejected from the event because they might have been critical of the president.
"The White House should not be in the business of censoring Americans," said Mark Silverstein, the group's Colorado legal director. "Our clients were removed not because they were disruptive, but because they could `potentially' engage in critical speech."

March 16, 2007, 1:29 p.m.I've personally experienced this treatment....denied access to speaking engagements by both Bush & Cheney at different times...was even asked to move away from the building, etc, since I wasn't a registered republican - literally. Heck, I even skipped outa 8th grade, walked 4 miles to see Niixon speak when he came to my home town. I respect(ed) the office - to see Air Force One fly over is breathtaking. To be denied access to all such events due to political fascism must stop. This is(was) America.
