'Swift Boat' Smear Leader Joins Romney Campaign »

Kerry during the 2004 presidential election, has signed on to raise money for former Mass. governor Mitt Romney's GOP presidential campaign. He is named as a member of Romney's Texas Leadership Team in an invite for a fundraising event in Dallas.

March 17, 2007, 11:20 p.m.Pretty clear indication of what kind of campaign Romney will run. Too bad.
But he had to do something to make himself acceptable to the rabid right. One does not get to be Republican governor of Massachussetts by endorsing scientific creationism and being born again. Bob Perry has just the right cache with that part of the Republican party.
