March 19, 2007, 8:12 a.m.I had a Toyota truck. Best vehicle I ever owned.
You know your product is the best when everyone is out to get you. GM and Ford should be scared.

March 19, 2007, 8:13 a.m.You don't see GMC making 50 different cars and trucks like all the rest. You make 1 you make it good.
GMC ALL THE WAY!

March 19, 2007, 8:38 a.m.I had a Toyota Rav4 for 5 years, now I have a Toyota Tacoma. Love It. It goes anywhere, great on snow and ice (as long as there's weight in the bed), and nothing aside from regular oil and break stuff, ever went wrong. I had a GMC a while ago, for about 5 years. That piece of crap dropped a $250 part every 6 months.

March 19, 2007, 10 a.m.I had a Toyota 4X4 for 14 years. Nothing broke and nothing went wrong. It was an awesome truck. I have a Chevy 3/4 ton now and it is an awesome truck. 320,000 miles and still going strong.
The new Tundra is an awesome truck. Toyota has listened to the consumer. More towing than before, more payload, better brakes, etc.
The irony is that the consumer thinks he needs all this stuff. Most 4X4's never leave the pavement and the heaviest thing they ever carry is a case of Evian water.
