Iranian state television on Tuesday described Russia as an "unreliable partner" following a bitter business dispute over delays in building the country's first nuclear reactor.

          lol... this is really pretty amusing, all these morons thought they were going to yank the world's chains. I wonder what got into Putin suddenly? Did it dawn on him that he was arming his next-door neighbor to the teeth, and that wasn't necessarily a good idea? I mean, all he has to do is look at what's happened to the United States to see that once any of these countries has what it wants, they're more than happy to put their foot in your butt.

          Those who do not learn from history are, indeed, doomed to repeat it.
