Just more evidence that Bush is more caught up in giving his old friends jobs than he is in finding qualified individuals to fill them. Did Gonzales even last a year before getting caught breaking the law? If he breaks the law, can I, or do you have to be a rich, running dog, yellow, lackey pig of the Bush administration? Note the words "qualified Republican." Although I can understand his desire to stick with his own inbred uncledaddy party, I think looking for a "qualified individual" would be a better bet. No doubt the guy will need to be a good member of the Christian Right and a graduate of American University, too.

Or maybe Harriet Miers is ready for the job, after all, she's been the Lottery Commissioner... she's qualified to do ANYTHING.

I don't like Gonzales or Miers

I can't even remember that last Attorney General that I admired - one that I thought did a good job.
