March 22, 2007, 8:40 p.m.I decided it was all trash after about halfway down page two. The nurse was a nutcase for sure. She should have been a patient, not a care provider.

March 22, 2007, 8:41 p.m.With the exception that these sorts of half-wits actually kill themselves this mess does bear some resemblance to many of the Organized Religions of the World.

March 22, 2007, 10:39 p.m.Did any of you read the entire article? It's actually food for thought, in the respect that there are a lot of similarities between their "insane" thought processes and those of modern organized religions. Killing themselves for a cause, denouncing earthly things to an extreme, gathering in sheltered communities. As a Christian I believe that many of Jesus' similar instructions were more metaphorical, but you can't deny that Jewish people living at the time of Christ would've thought him just as much of a lunatic as we think these people. They killed him for what they considered heresy but we consider binding faith! I'm no heaven's gater, but I won't be so quick to judge these people as insane. More than that, it makes me wonder what sparks such deep devotion to any cause.

March 23, 2007, 12:02 a.m.Rio mentioned that the earth is going to shift on its axis and many people will die. When asked when that will take place, he said, "in about 6 to 13 years".
2012 perhaps when the Mayan calendar ends. One of the predictions is that, at that time, the earth will shift on its axis.

March 23, 2007, 12:53 a.m.Totally clear:
1346 is the number!
1346 is the result of number 13 (Bad bad), and 46 the age while Mr Cheney developed a clot somewhere on his anatomy.(kind of bad).
If you subtract this number from the end of the Mayan calendar 2012, guess what.
2012-1346=666. (The apocalyptic number of the beast).
The disturbing part is the beast is still in the loose!
