March 23, 2007, 4:36 p.m.Where do other countries hold political prisoners? I don't see anything farfetched about holding them in a U.S. prison. Why not? The only advantage I see for holding them in Gitmo is no one can see what's going on. They can be tortured and manhandled with out anyone able to make a peep about it. If you have something to hide, Gitmo is a great idea. In the UK, they hold them in Belmarsh prison. It is in the UK. I do in fact believe that they should be segregated, however, to discourage proselytism.
