I never expected a mainstream TV anchor to regularly tackle race, religion and sexual orientation - subjects cable TV news' traditionally older and more conservative audience can't find particularly comfortable.

Over the last few weeks, I have found myself tuning into Zahn's show more often. These are the types of issues that need to be discussed more.

Refreshing yes but I can think of many more emotional issues within America today. One comes to mind, the primal thoughts of man and his promotion of power and greed through Nationalism.
