"Why doesn't he get real with what's going on with the world?" Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (news, bio, voting record), D-Nev., said after Bush's speech. "We're not holding up funding in Iraq and he knows that. Why doesn't he deal with the real issues facing the American people?"

Timelines are not disastrous its Bush's policies and his repetitive mistakes in judgements. I have yet to have one sane comment from any blogger and politician for why we went into Iraq. All agree it was a huge blunder but staying the course is suppose to be the remedy. Can't people say, "Whoops I erred". All you continue to hear is WMDs and U.N. resolution are the reasons from the insane bloggers and conservatives who would "Stay the course."

The 25 to 30 percent of American conservatives will never accept what they perceive is a defeat. It is not, its Bush's policies and himself that have been defeated and the conservatives only prolong the dilema of an immoral war with their bipolar reasons.
