March 31, 2007, 9:09 a.m.I'm sure there will be some people on this site that will say that the Arctic melting is just due to normal variations. If anyone reads that, send them to the article where they can read that the scientists studying this have taken that into account.
And for all you doubters, this isn't about Al Gore or his carbon footprint or his carbon credits or his company. It isn't about screwing people over for an ideological ideal. It is about the fact that if we don't wake up to this, we are in big trouble.

March 31, 2007, 9:03 p.m.((But climate modeling is so complex that no one really knows, Serreze pointed out.))
His last statement really says it all. I am so tired of IFS, MAYBES, PROBABLYS, MIGHTS, COULD BES, ETC.
They have slightly higher CO levels. That I suspect are closer to normal then they will admit. As it warms up more natural sources of CO and other greenhouses are also released into the Earth's atmosphere. And their climate models, which are a joke.
They have ZERO hard proof! ZERO!

March 31, 2007, 10:12 p.m.Good guess , let me take a guess , here is mine , which is just as good a this Bozo's , not brought on by man just normal Earth Cycles .
Can't even predict the Weather locally with a degree of certainty , so how you predicting such more complex Weather changes ?
If it is melting and I am part of the cause , TOUGH , hope it is gone by the time I can make it there so I can get a Sun Tan in the Arctic with out sticking to the Ice .

March 31, 2007, 11:39 p.m.Well how about that. Here I am having some tea as I read how the human race is on a quest to hurl this planet into the sun or something, and low and behold, there it is under the vary cap of the ice tea I'm having. The wisdom of the ages, " Real Fact " #98. I quote " When the moon is directly overhead you weigh slightly less". My God man, something must be done about this. How dare that celestial body mess with us like that? I mean here we are in a battle to save what the Earth or ice cubes or something like that. Well dam it, what are we to do with the moon if it has the capacity to effect us so. What of the earth I guess I'd better look into this a bit more? In fact I'm going to Snapple.com, It does say under the cap; Get the real facts at Snapple. You see what can happen when you drink Green Tea

April 1, 2007, 12:12 a.m.Al Gore has already told us that there is no such thing as natural cycles. Everything is man made, and caused solely by the US because we didn't sign the Kyoto Treaty. GW is the fault of every man, woman, and child in the US except for him and Tipper. They buy offsets.
