Each and every government of late are corruption ridden and Cheney is just taking advantage of an open opportunity.
Watch the movie U.S. vs. John Lennon. Nixon, Halderman, Liddy and the rest of that Administration. Our government is not what you perceive it to be.
Checks and balances no longer work when both sides have their hands in the cookie jar. Live with it, more on the way.
