Hundreds of convicted burglars and drug dealers are to be transferred to open jails in a desperate attempt to solve the overcrowding crisis.John Reid ordered the switch to make use of the final 500 places available across the entire prison system.

    This article must be tacking place in the UK they are worried about criminals causing mayhem in local communities. Too bad you let your government take you guns. In the United States we dispatch (make dead) the bad mayhem home intruder's we have the right to protect our home and property. Not wait for some bobby (or is that boobey) to get off its coffee break. .
