Cheney: 'Saddam Is Still Plotting With Al Qaeda' »

Although Saddam Hussein was hanged months ago, Vice President Cheney insisted today that the ex-Iraqi dictator was still actively plotting with Al Qaeda - more specifically, with the "equally dead" Mohammed Atta and al-Zarqawi.
