For crying out loud! Leave this guy alone. I dont remember seeing the video where he held a gun to the girls head and forced them to do anything.

I saw the one where the girls were laughing and practically begging to show their stuff to get on his show.

How bout we start arresting the girls in the videos for indecent exposure?

Maybe "Joe Francis" needs to have an extensive photo-shoot of his nasty naked self as punishment for his crimes. Dear God, can you see it? Posted in every U.S. Post Office and government building. Justice.

Girls Gone Exploited is right! I can't help but wonder how many future politicians and humanitarians will have their GGW escapades come back to bite them in the a$$.

This is a good case of what goes around comes around. It is about time that Joe Francis got what he deserved in terms of all the videos he took of people who didn't intend on being in them.

This guy is a predator, and should be stopped in my opinion. He has been under suspicion for rape, for impropriety with minors, and a host of other things.

Yes, the girls "know what they are getting into" - as in they know they are invited to a party, they are offered free alcohol, and they are offered money to take their clothes off. But if you watch even the commercials he has, you can see that the girls are "pressured". They are full of examples of the girls having pictures taken, and the guy behind the camera going "come on, take your shirt of, come on. Its only us. Real quick, come on."

How many of these girls would take their clothes off of they were served only water?

Unfortunatly, he has gotten away with it for so long, that now its almost the norm. This kind of behavior is exibited on MTV shows, and by beauty pagent contestants.

I just hope I am raising my daughter to have more sense than that.

                      Francis says::::

"What's more, the press has been omnipresent and, he says, too critical. 'I've been anally raped over and over by the media.'"

---funny he should feel that way.

I just read the anchor's attachment and feel physically ill. I know this type and that last line of the article convinced me he is a pro at taking advantage of vulnerable women. Anybody who supports him is equally SCUM.

I'm not familiar with this case. But this guy is is just one bad dood. I saw a VERY fair segment on a network where they interviewed him and spent a day with him. He's a liar even in 24 hours can't keep his story straight.

More important, there are a quite a number of girls that he brought into his mobile vehicle, got drunk with, then took off their cloths and had sex while they were OUT COLD.

Worste was a girl that said on camera she was a virgin, he knew, and he did this. She woke up and she had blood stained clothes.

He is the ultimate leach in predator with his stupid videos. I'm a guy. I don't mind adult video in general.

as an 18 year old girl i know that there is plenty of us that would go out at take our clothes of on camera just to get on tv. so it is not his falt for what other people do. i think it is great the he took the oppertonity that was given to him. i think some of yall are just jelous that yall did not think of it . to make money off of what people do anyways is great . at parties i have been to girls have taken their clothes of and there was no drinking or drugs involved. so just leave him alone.

You know what I want to do? When I turn 18, I'm going on Spring Break and pretending to be drunk. If some ass hole tries to take advantage, good luck for him, I'm slitting his throat. Just stay sober kids and watch your drink. If any girl willingly does this and then whines about it later, someone slap her, please. She brought it on herself. If someone forces her, then beat the crap out of the person forcing her. C'mon get some real punishments, jail seems like a blessing now.

"...the exploitation of the inebriated college girls across America..."

Not or nothing but Girls gone wild announces weeks ahead of time when they are showing up. If you dont want to bare your breasts either:

                              A: wear a bra

                              B: dont get loaded up

C: Dont go to the event GGW said they were gonna be at.

Aside from that I think the whole GGW thing is ridiculous. from the people whon film it to the co-eds without half an ounce of self respect the whole thing stinks. I mean do girls feel they must do things like this to prove their worth to society, or is it an attention issue? I cant figure it out. I feel bad for these girls...not for being filmed but for being of so low esteem they feel this is something they want to do.

Here is my take on the situation.I have seen some background footage on the making of these videos. There are sponsoired nights @ the places where they film this so its not like a random event where a Rv rolls up with cams in tow and then they film this CRAP.The poepel going now they are gonna be there.

                                  2) If they are @ a bar club what have you that serves alchol they can only assume they are 21 b/c then if they are not the owner of the estb. that this was filmed @ can get sued as well..

                                  3) they do ask for ID as age verifaction

                                  4) the Camera are not just camerman they ar also salesman selling the pitch of video and getting these girls to do what they do on video by offering them money.

I think people need to sit back and really think about this.

Like stated eralier If the pareent raised good kids and where doing the right thing they would not let there child end up in a ituation where something like this might occur

Granted kids lie all the tiume to do things there parents wouldnot want them to do,but as good parent you hope you raised them properly and that if they are gonna disrepsect them and lie it woiuld be on the small end like going to a movie there parents dont want themto see or gong on date they don't approve of vs going to MIAMI getting trashed and munching carpet of there childhood best friend.

^0 He does what seems to be just enough to cover his ass .he stretches the law till its just about break it may seem but never does break for if it has he would have been done yrs ago.

I dont get why people defend this guy?

Why? Because he is "so cool" for making millions of dollars by getting women to take their clothes off? That makes him some kind of hero? Is it because he now has enough money to try to buy his way out of the trouble he has gotten in?

Do you pattern your life after this guy? Do you go out with the intent of getting a woman drunk and seeing how "far you can get with her"? Do you lie and say what ever you have to in the hopes of getting a woman into bed?

I cant find a single redeeming thing about Girls gone Wild and its creator. Yet people defend him like he is Ghandi or something. "Its not him, its the girls fault." "Its the parents fault for raising children with poor judgement". The guy who provides them with alcohol to impair their judgement and convinces them to disrobe - he's a saint.

                                      Amazing. And sad.

I am not defending him as I am defending his right to be able offer this form of ent.He does not from the footage I have seen supply the girls with the boose he goes to these bars clubs what have you as a promtional event for both his company and for said venue.Look @ it like this reguardless of what all of us talking about this think its plain and simple supply and demand there is a demand for this he supplies it by going to venues who want and or need the promotional draw.SO venues seek him out or he seeks them out hammers out a deal.Say the venue normally draws 500 on a given night from open to close w/our"friend" Joe francis and team doing the promo they may double or triple the amount of people for that night. As an owner of the venue how could you argue those numbers.Keep in mind he is being charged with all this stuff like RAPE and such cause he facilitated the course of action that led to 2 people having sex while drunk which by law you can not concent when drunk.

                                            Francis is self destructing!

Now, while in jail for the contempt of court, he has been charged with bribing a guard and introducing contraband - cash and perscription drugs - into the jail, which could carry a 5 year jail term penalty. He offered a guard $100 for a bottle of water, then showed the guard $500 in cash, which prisoners are not supposed to have. They found the perscription drugs when searching his cell after this.

On top of all this, his company Mantra is now under investigation for allegedly claiming $20 million in false "business expenses" on their taxes.
