April 14, 2007, 4:18 p.m.How sad. As an adopted child, I feel for these kids. I hope someone steps in to help them regardless of their illness or condition. Why is Madonna and Angelina jetting off to other countries to adopt children when there are plenty right here mentioned in this story and those celebrities have the money to take care of them. Don't show me any more stories about Penelope Cruz wanting to adopt a child from Africa. Show me someone who sets up a foundation for unwanted children to go to college and takes these kids into their home to show them that they truly are loved.

April 15, 2007, 12:54 p.m.I also would love to hear from all of the people who are pro-life and find out why they aren't adopting these children.
If you truly believe that every life is sacred from conception on, why are these children not sacred? It is well after their conception.
