April 13, 2007, 11:17 a.m.Advocacy groups sought to ban the use of such fillings and to force the FDA to classify them as risky, subjecting them to tougher regulations.
The groups say the fillings pose health risks to patients who inhale mercury vapors and dental office employees who handle the materials.

April 14, 2007, 4:45 a.m.Good info to know . I guess maybe now I'll get the rusty pliers out and take care of my situation seeing as my mouth is full of mercury . Ouch , my brain hurts .

have all your mercury fillings removed.
I know many who have...myself included and have had a return to health.
The mercury is a a slow nuerological destroyer.

April 14, 2007, 11:40 a.m.Advise to the consumer: IF the use of Mercury is something that concerns you, then find a dentist that does not use it. Simple!
