STONERS
April 13, 2007, 1:09 p.m.The issue arose because the White House and Republican National Committee have said they may have lost e-mails from Rove and other administration officials. Democratically chaired congressional committees want those e-mails for their probe of the firings of eight federal prosecutors.
"His understanding starting very, very early in the administration was that those e-mails were being archived," Rove's attorney, Robert Luskin, said.

April 13, 2007, 7:24 p.m.At work we also have communications that have to be saved by law, they are backed up 5 ways to Sunday and each user also is responsible for keeping them and a backup of them. Why do we go to extremes to make sure they can't be deleted? because oops is not a legal excuse.

April 14, 2007, 5:46 a.m.How come technical forensic investigators always seem to be able to recover deleted emails unless the hard drive & server has been cleaned purposely by a professional?
Maybe the kid who shot the photo of Rove visiting his server company in Knoxville was onto something.

April 14, 2007, 10:54 a.m.It looks like Bush better find another brain, aka Rove, as this ones getting worn out when it comes to credible excuses. Better yet, why doesn't Bush just resign and take his corrupt cabinet with him. P.S. Don't blame the Democrats, just take the heat.

April 14, 2007, 12:22 p.m.Like jaem has said....wanna buy a bridge? Of course Karl
deleted them intentionally. You can't delete a million
(or two)e-mails accidentally. Do the people in Washington
really believe the American people are that dumb?
-

hamy
April 14, 2007, 12:49 p.m.Yes. The current administration does think that the 'merican people are that dumb. They think that we will believe what we are told. That's because for the last 6 years, people have believed their lies. Suddenly, the people woke up from a deep slumber involving lies about terrorism, and freedom, and an unjust war and won't believe everything. Now they don't even try to lie. They just say something that they think will get them by.
I am just glad that it is not my fault. If you voted for him, reap what you sowed.
