Teens Shrink Wrap Highway, Cop Runs Into It »

Three teenagers could find themselves in big trouble after a pulling a prank that could have killed somebody. The teens strung plastic shrink wrap across County Highway KR at State Hwy. 32 in the village of Mt. Pleasant. They sat at a nearby intersection Wednesday night and waited for a car to plow through it.

    What would make someone think this was funny? Everyone involved should be sterilized to keep from passing on what is apparently a recessive gene for retardation.
