From the article: "Boston Marathon organizers worked through the night to secure tents at the starting line and line up shelters through the course to protect runners in Monday's race from high winds and heavy rains soaking the route from Hopkinton to the Back Bay. Emergency Red Cross shelters were set up in Natick, Wellesley and Newton so dropouts can warm up and dry off."
