Microsoft sued for patent infringement »
Posted by: populist 2 years, 6 months agoFort Worth, Texas-based Vertical Computer Systems said Friday that it has filed a patent infringement suit against Microsoft. Vertical filed its suit Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Texas, claiming Microsoft's .Net technology infringes on its patent.
