April 20, 2007, 12:06 p.m.I am selling condominiums that are literally next door to the Spire. I can't wait. Buy them now because the Spire will be selling for over a grand per square foot and we have the same view for only $420 per square foot.
Beautiful building.

PINTO
April 20, 2007, 1:04 p.m.I love Chicago. If it wasnt so cold Id move there in a heart beat.
I visit there atleast twice a year (ill be there again in a few weeks) and every year im amazed at how much downtown developement is going on. It really shows you how the city is on the up and up. Its a great change of pace to my stagnet dieing city of Rochester, NY where people get excited when an abandoned building is turned into a starbucks.
