      No Dairy as well for a few hours!! Dairy will make you Flem up. Back in my debate days we would take competing teams out for Milkshakes or Ice Cream before big rounds. Pretty much the kiss of death if you're trying to talk professionally...

          If you use a cell phone, make sure the battery is fully charged. It wouldn't be good if your phone died right in the middle of the interview. If you use a bluetooth earpiece, make a special effort to be sure you're in a quiet environment. Those things pick up background noise like crazy.
