Senior Bush admin Official Linked to Escort Service Resigns »
Posted by: bubba2 2 years, 6 months agoDeputy Secretary of State Randall Tobias submitted his resignation Friday, one day after confirming to ABC News that he had been a customer of a D.C. escort service whose owner has been charged by federal prosecutors with running a prostitution operation. How Ironic: Tobias was a strong proponent of the Bush admin's abstinence-only policies.

April 28, 2007, 12:07 a.m.I am not sure where you are headed Fibs, was the hooker a Lib? I like his stance on preventing aids, abstinence and faithfulness, guess he was more of a doer then a talker. So nice to see he found his morals before his name came out in the investigation. Personally i could care if the guy does hookers but saying he was getting a massage, don't they have masseuses in DC? I guess as long as you talk about values alot you do not have to practice them.

April 28, 2007, 12:17 a.m.I do not, for one, want to bring down the Bush Team. They serve as a perfect example of how not to run a government.

At least he learned something from a lib. "I did not have sex with that girl"

April 28, 2007, 11:58 a.m.Wait...So Liberals gave this guy money and sent him to a prostitute? Is that what you are saying?
No. This man is a pig. A lying, hypocrite of a pig too!
And you judge a man, or a president, by the company he keeps.

April 28, 2007, 12:51 p.m.Fibs;
You got it wrong. (Backwards.)
It is not "Another lib attempt to bring down the Bush administration."
It is R. Tobias bringing down escort girls so members of the Bush administration can get something up !
If it is a person to person deal I don't care.
If is an agent to customers deal for money I care and it has a name: PROSTITUTION !

April 28, 2007, 5:44 p.m.This is NOT just another sex story. If it was I'd say give the guy a break.
This story cuts to the very core of one of the Bush Administration's central themes: Abstinance Education.
Tobias had over $50 million dedicated to abstinance education only as a viable means of preventing AIDS in developing countries. There is another 50 million that the Bush Administration has put into abstinance only education in the United States (to be matched by another $50 million in states' funds). None of these programs has been shown to be effective in the population-wide prevention of STD or pregnancy.
It now appears that Mr. Tobias is providing further evidence that these programs are a waste of tax payers' dollars.

April 28, 2007, 9:24 p.m.We don't need the libs to bring down the Bush administration. The cons are doing a great job making a mockery of their own administration. Bush is nothing more than an amateur military strategist who can't get us out of a losing situation in Iraq.

April 28, 2007, 10:30 p.m.Sure FIB! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
The fact is that one of your holier than thou CONS got caught cheating on his wife with a hooker! Good thing for your 'family values' hypocrits.
People in glass houses ...
Tough luck FIB; you and SUCK can try to spin this all you want but your LIES don't fly any more!

April 27, 2007, 11:49 p.m.How ironic, he just wanted some female companionship and sensual touching and somebody thinks that violates an abstinence stance. Lighten up, prudes.
