Although Eggs Benedict is mentioned in reference to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, I don't see Waldorf Salad on this list. OK, it was supposedly named after the hotel and technically not a person, but Waldorf was John Astor, the hotel founder's middle name. Otherwise, this is a great list, thanks for posting it.
