April 30, 2007, 12:06 p.m.In January, Autrey was waiting for a train when 19-year-old Cameron Hollopeter suffered a seizure and fell onto the tracks as a train was approaching.
Autrey, 50, jumped down from the platform, pulled Hollopeter into the 12-inch-deep drainage trough between the rails and lay on top of him as the train passed safely over them, just clipping Autrey's hat.

I believe that the "Lawyer's Code of Professional Code of Responsibility" would provide the ammunition to void any alleged contract between Wesley Autrey and his former 'attorney' Diane L. Kleiman. Quite possibly the alleged contract can be deemed to be contrary to public policy regarding attorney/client solicitation and relationships.
