Mormons make the Wahabbis in Saudi Arabia look downright sane and hospitable.

They are just a mite less crazy than the Scientologists, but on the other hand, L.Ron Hubbard was a better writer than Joseph Smith.

PBS just presented an excellent four hour program that was presented over two evening that examined Mormonism from it's inception to it's place in current society. The program did examine the mountain meadows incident which the church does acknowedge. It is good to know a little more about the full context of Mormon history before refering to Mormons as "a might less crazy than the Scientologists...". P.S. -- I am not a Mormon

I have family that are and were Mormon. My brother's best man was Mormon, talked him into joining the church. Later he tried to talk my brother in becomuing a neo nazi. My brother bailed on the church and his best friend.

My nephew joined the Mormon church to marry a Mormon woman. After eleven years of marriage my nephew's Mormon wife ran off with a Woman, and as she went out the door " oh your last kid ,isn't your kid".

I live in a small town north of Seattle, about 10,000 people. It is pretty well ran by Mormon money. One Mormon was bankrupt twenty years ago took millions of othe people money with that bankruptcy. He is now the largest contractor to Washington State. His home is a 28,000 sqf spread. The prior Govonor has had dinner with him. The Govonor was a democrat, this guy to no surprise, is a Republican!!

Bull. The attacks were completely justified. The so-called victims were actually terrorists driving Wagons of Mass Destruction. Mission Accomplished, Mormons, Mission Accomplished!

Shoulda seen this one coming. They showed us the danger of Catholics in the DaVinci Code. Now the Mormons. What's next? Jehova's Witnesses bombing hospitals that practice blood transfusions?

Or maybe this is all funded by big tobacco and alcohol trying to nip this teetotaling movement in the bud! (It couldn't be an attempt to make Romney look like a war-mongering Pyscho killer, could it?)

Have any of you heard of the Hans Mill massacre where mormons were slaughtered for trying to protect their homes. Or the fact that the reason that they went to Utah was because they were pushed there when their homes were burned and the men were tard and feathered again and again. Because if it weren't for these events a few disgruntled mormons wouldn't have fought back.
