Intuit is blackmailing their customers to upgrade and all support can say is stop using profanity »

If you own Quickbooks 2004 for processing credit cards, you now must upgrade to Quickbooks Pro or else you can't process your credit cards anymore. A customer complained, without using profanity, and Support admonished him for foul language while rattling off lame excuses. Shameful.
