A reputed Ku Klux Klansman was granted immunity to testify in the upcoming trial of his cousin, James Ford Seale, who is charged with kidnapping and conspiracy in the 1964 murders of two black teenagers.

One guy is already dead and speaking from the grave and this guy gets immunity for his testimony.
