Eating More Fruits and Veggies Can Help Teens Fight Obesity »

When it comes to not piling on all those extra pounds, it seems that what helps teens stay slim and trim is eating more fruits and veggies, as well as spending less time in from of the idiot box.

      Some thoughts I have though are that if we stopped eating meat there would be a lot less obesity out there in the united states. I also believe meat is something that has absolutly caused over eating, cause lets face it, I have yet to see a person over eat on veggies, they all overeat on burger's and surger products.

      I eat meat though but in moderation, I mostly each chicken, fish and some steak or some beef about 2 times a week sometimes 1 because of the protien.

        Is this supposed to be news? I thought it was common knowledge.
