I don't know about all of you, but driving while talking on the cellphone is equally as dangerous as driving while intoxicated. Mythbusters with the help of the local law enforcement proved the myth correct. Point is I'd rather have the trucker talking on the CB than the cellphone anyday.

kinda hard to keep in touch when the average straight range for a cb is about 5 miles, mom must be real close.
