Two men apologized in court today as prosecutors dropped criminal charges against them for carrying out a guerrilla marketing campaign in January that triggered a wave of bomb scares.

It was ridiculous to charge them in the first place. The city of Boston should take responsibility for their own paranoia and foolishness.

These were the two boneheads that were joking about "70's haircuts" before. I guess the idea of five years in prison drained their flippant attitude.

These things looked more like "Lite Brites" than bombs. The wrong people are apologizing.
