May 13, 2007, 12:04 p.m.Instead of allowing the truck to go to its destination before repairs it should immediately be impounded and sent to the nearest reapir facility or truck garage. Let the business that is waiting on this freight discover that the reason it is late is because the truck is unsafe and you will find shippers changing trucking companies real fast. This would force trucking companies to repair these monsters before using them again.
