My question is whye "some" western countries put restrictions on building Mosques ? do u know there is no single mosque in Athens (Greece) , but there are hundred of thousand od muslm nationals in Athens. and some Swiss cities refuse to build Minarettes in mosque !!! do u know that there is only 3 islamic schools (opened very recently) in France? but there are hundreds of christinas (if not thiusand ) schools in Egypt.

do you know that western contries have unlawed many things that muslims see as a religios right, for exaple polygamy, muslims cant marrige acording to Share'a. but in Egypt christians have their own family law . muslims dont inforce islamic family law on christians.

There are no Emarati christinas in UAE or in Dubai. all the christions are from countries, there is a United Christian Church of Dubai (UCCD).

but see what their site is saying:

"DECC was formed in 1998 in pursuit of this vision which was born nearly two decades ago. It is now a partnership project of the United Christian Church of Dubai (UCCD) and the Arab Evangelical Church of Dubai (AECD). The DECC building will be the home base for these two charter member churches. "

        Prophet stated:

"Beware! Whoever is cruel and hard on a non-Muslim minority, curtails their rights, burdens them with more than they can bear, or takes anything from them against their free will; I (Prophet Muhammad) will complain against the person on the Day of Judgment." (narrted by :Abu Dawud)

I think the most telling words of the article was "we should do all we can obviously to encourage the Egyptian government and people to tolerate the Copts-"I find the use of the word tolerate facinating, why tolerate and not view as equals or better yet not defferentiate between religions at all.Why as a matter of fact even force ones citizens to state a religious belief.

The Egyptian Copts are indeed the native indigenous people of that country. Islam has spread by the sword, and more insidiously, by the tax-man. Dhimmi people, subjects not citizens, are liable to additional taxes, and are essentially protected by the ruler (sultan) from the violent proselityzing Muslims. The Muslim Brotherfood (al Itihad al Muslimin) is not just a threat to Egyptian rulers, but is the grandfather of all modern terrorist organizations. It is ridiculous that Westerners should be embarassed about discrimination against Muslims while Muslims oppress, murder, disposess, and disenfranchise all non-Muslims.
