She's got quite a mouth on her for someone who cares so deeply about church, god and jesus christ.

This is what happens when people procreate and raise children as if they were meant to be trained seals to be molded in their own image as opposed to individual, independent-minded people with their own hopes, dreams, and beliefs.

I guess an atheist is a person with no 'invisible' means of support.

This is a quite a video to show... on Mother's day!

            No card for you mom!

            LMAO!

                  That's right, Michael.

                  It's not ok!

What do you think will happen to US economy on Christmas if everyone became an atheist? It would probably go in recession. Did you think about that, Michael?

I guess you didn't. All you did was weaken the country. That's all you did. You put American economy in danger.

Why was she yelling at him? WWJD? Jesus would not yell at that child. Jesus loves all the lttle children. All the children of the world. That Mom needs Jesus.

I have to say that I am not actually surprised by her behavior. Most "christians" feel morally superior and will stop at nothing to force others to join their practice. I am a little shocked that she was treating a teenager like a 7 year old. How out of touch is that family? Bribing him with the threat of withholding christmas gifts was sheer genius-worked like a charm didn't it? The eunich sitting on the barstool next to that kid should have bought a new pair and stood up to the witch. I don't think I could sit in silence while someone treated my child in that manner.

Wow! I thought religious people weren't suppose to swear. She's pretty handy with the "F" word. What a hypocrite! Also, who's the Pillsbury Doughboy in the video? Obviously believing in God isn't doing him any good. Hey, buddy didn't God tell you to lay off the Ho-Ho's?

Sure the mother acted like a psycho and the father just sat there, but who knows what led up to the scene??? Who knows if the kid had just told them his girlfriend was pregnant or he was fired or something? The mother starts screaming Oh my god and then he starts in with the I don't believe in god stuff.

The kid might just be a jerk trying to get her going?????

Funny. I read the article clip and then all the comments before seeing the video. She said the F word once. She threatened him with no Christmas presents and going to church daily. You call that flipping out??? Obviously, you don't know MY mother.

That makes me scared to tell MY mom! I realized a couple months ago that I just can't swallow a story full of so many holes, but I haven't been able to tell anyone in my family yet. I know they're all going to look at me differently, but I'm working up to it...

Christmas wasn't originally a christian holiday: Roman celebration of Saturnalia. It celebrated the fact that after the 24th, days became longer, aka, they got more sunlight. This changed into christmas, the celebration of Jesus Christ after Christianity was introduced in Rome.

She should know this and let her son, the intelligent one, get some stuff for "christmas".

It seemed to me when I watched it that it was set up. The camera just so happened to catch the "blow up" and the kid was antagonizing her about it. We do not know what was said before the camera went on to make her get so angry. He probably knows how to push her buttons just right (he is a teen ya know) and then the camera flicks on! I knew how to push my mom's buttons, but I never stooped low enough to tape it to laugh at it later. I don't know what's going on with people anymore.. why our children are the way they are.. why society has almost scaped the bottom.. I guess that's a whole other thread...

                                        Have a good day all!!

I've noticed on here that it is many of those professing religious beliefs that get the nastiest with people, and it is really strange to see someone call someone else 'stupid' while trying to convince someone of their religious points.

'And if you say to your brother, 'Raca!' fool...'

In the end I think God has really bad PR people and needs to hire a new firm

Meep! That lady's nuts! You don't go number five on someone just because they're Atheist, true, there are things I wonder about Atheism (isn't it depressing to think that everything in your life happened through scientific chance?) but you don't act that way about someone, I'm christian and I know two people who are atheists, and I didn't want to act like that o_o
