I don't doubt it happened, but I think there's a little more to the story we aren't hearing... I mean things do happen, but how likely is it for someone just to shoot some woman for no reason, and why were they standing on the roof? Was there a battle going on in the neighborhood, and they were just innocent victims in the wrong place? I'm stunned when I watch footage of running gunfights and I see people standing there watching like nothing could happen to them.

There's not enough of the story here to form any conclusions; but I seriously doubt the soldier shot this terrorist breeder just because. IF anyone was shot (and the media has been known to "get things wrong") what was the provocation?
