A man was indicted Tuesday on federal charges that he planted a makeshift bomb last month at a clinic where abortions are performed, prosecutors said Tuesday.

The bomb contained an explosive powder and nails. Had it detonated, it could have injured people 100 feet away.

So he made in IED and was going to set it off so it could kill and maim indiscriminatly. Sounds like a terrorist.
