I probably should have commented on this. Yes, its for real, and shows that the United States is the largest debtor nation.
Being that is the case, there is a depression, not a recession, and its being orchestrated so it does offend perception.

Someday, and probably soon, the rest of the world will decide they have enough pictures of dead American presidents and patriots. Even the new multicolor ones will be refused.
