Wonder if it's situations like this that let so many people keep saying "their doing the jobs Americans won't do". Maybe it's because companies hire the illegals so they can do things like this, and know that it would be hard for the employees to complain, and that Americans wouldn't stand for being treated this way. So maybe it's not that Americans wouldn't do the jobs, just maybe it's Americans wouldn't stand for being abused the way employers like this treat the "undocumented workers" and Americans would be happy to do the jobs, but employers don't want to have to hire the Americans, because it's not the consumers that depend on these people to do the jobs Americans won't, but it's employers that want them here for the cheap, and easy to take advantage of, labor.

Deport the workers and prosecute the owner. It's the only way in the long run to keep these abuses from happening.

I was unaware that it was illegal to pay an illegally employed person by way of two different companies on the books.

Can someone point out the statutes that regulate the rights of illegally employed people?

What these Adult law breakers do not realize is, that unless all of our laws are respected and obeyed, the USA will become the same as their own countries they fled from. These people need to fight for their own countries freedom and rights, instead of running away.

It is not the fault of the American people, that other countries governments are not treating them right!

As adults we have choices to make and then we have to live with the consequences that follow our choices. There is a legal process to fill out paperwork, wait in line with millions of other people who want to come to the USA and legally immigrate to the USA.

The term "immigrant status" seems to be used frequently when referring to undocumented workers in legal jargon. The fact is that these workers are not immigrants, and have no immigrant status. It's time that the courts look at the law which is now on the books and rule based on the fact that these people are not entitled to work in this country and are illegals, not immigrants. There is no such thing as an illegal immigrant. They are illegals, period!!

Hispanics of central america will do the jobs Americans would not do.

I feel for them because they do indeed work long and hard. They are the laborers of the US workforce. BUt I dont believe in illegal status or illegal immigration at all. They should apply like every other immigrant has to. Also, American employers ofcourse only look at the bottom line, so they naturally will accept someone willing to put in long hours for little compensation-spells bigger profits.

As for the children left behind, my heart goes out to them in that situation.
