McCain to Cornyn: 'F--- you' »

Posted by: Aidenag 2 years, 5 months ago

Sen. John McCain hasn't spent much time in the Capitol this year as he seeks the GOP presidential nomination. But one of his rare appearances this week provided a pretty salty exchange with a fellow Republican. "F--- you! I know more about this than anyone else in the room," shouted McCain at Sen. John Cornyn at one point.

He stole the first couple of words from Cheney so it's probably not foul language, it's GOP talking points.

    And besides...Clinton!

This immigration bill is certainly going to have the 'Right' up in arms especially with it being brought up this close to a election. Look at what is happening...this may be be the first 'F' bomb of many.

McCain better be careful...unleash one on the senate floor with C-Span cams looking on and his career is over.

Beginning to think how can any elected official truely can represent his electorate. Its take money to run and win an election and the simple truth is, politicians are obligated to special interest groups to continue their power role. Very disheartening to know this is a true realistic truism within American politics.

McCain is just another corrupt man seeking a higher office for more power and glory. The higher office an individual seeks the more obligations and debts accrued.

F### America's present political scene. I will parrot McCain again, F@@@ you McCain.

Have no fear, McCain is not going to be elected. Rudy will be the next President in a close race with Billary.

Can you say, "Much ado about nothing?"

We have absolutely no proof that this ever happened. Nobody who took part directly is talking; all we have is hearsay.

And even if it was completely true, what's the point? That McCain can have a temper? That he can be arrogant?

Goodness, heavens to Betsy. We can't have a President who doesn't act Presidential in all waking moments, can we? Of course appearance matters much, much more than the candidate's positions on the issues, or their track record on integrity and effectiveness...doesn't it?

Haha, he called Conyers a "chicken ******"!

But this proves, once again, US Congressmen are a buncha punks.

If this were Taiwan, there'd be an ass-whoopin of epic proportions!

Let's see Dick and John use that kinda language in Taiwan and see if they don't get beat on.

Gosh, Gee Whiz, Golly. Thanks so much for saving us from reading the actual words. It's frightening that people actually say naughty words. Every two-bit journalist needs to protect us from same.

When McCain first came on the scene for pres back in 2000, I liked him. He was one guy I would have voted for in a heart beat. But after his alignment with Kennedy on immigration, I wouldn't give him the time of day.

Same goes for reagan, he ran first in the gop primary in 1976, I really liked what he had to say. Smaller govt, return power to the states, blah, blah, blah. But then, in 1980, he started running with former Nixon cronies, and I saw right then that he was not worth voting for.
