May 19, 2007, 2:23 p.m.A flotilla of our finest environmental activists are presently disembarking from the Portneuf Harbor in Pocatello, Idaho bound for South Korea. If these fine, intelligent, well-grounded folks can't explain the problem to the South Koreans then I just don't know whut.
