Aww lets get real their is no leadership not at any U.S company.They are so far out of touch as to what we want or need its not funny.The Germans dident do much better.The problem is way to many so called Managers who dont have a clue as to what is going on.As long as they make their quota they could care less what happends.And waht about Pay...ja right tell the poor slob on the line we need another cut from you while the top Few make Millions and Millions.for screwing up or doing nothing at all.keep making v6 with more and HP but dont look at the fact that the price of gas is up...make SUVS that are so damm big they can move a house.or are as big as a house.its all about Profit for a few..the hell with the Company.its a JOKe and rank and file will pay for it..like they always do.
