May 22, 2007, 9:03 p.m.foo-foo food? LMAO!! Why do there have to be titles for food people eat? Lentils, chick peas and other beans and legumes are superb things for the human body. They provide a good source of fiber and natural protein, are low in fat and calories and beneficial to the heart and other body systems.
