May 26, 2007, 7:42 p.m.Lohan was involved in a single-car traffic accident at about 5:30 a.m., and was cited after being admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries, Sgt. Mike Foxen said.

Move over Paris, here comes a cellmate. 'Course since she was #1 on the Maxim list (and I don't know why when Scarlett is around), she should be let off the hook, right?

May 27, 2007, 8:32 p.m.That girl is spinning out of control, with the support of her mother. If she doesn't get control of herself she will either OD or die some tragic death at an early age.

May 27, 2007, 9:59 p.m.The sad thing about having so much success at such a young age is that there is no wisdom and experience to go along with it. I guess she'll have to learn a few more hard lessons before she smartens up. A shame really.
Her Dad is reaching out to her of late and even blames Lohan's mother for driving them apart. Truly tragic.

May 27, 2007, 10:35 p.m.The saddest thing is that the public is somehow supposed to care about these spoiled and pampered "celebrities." If they break the law... send them to jail for REAL jail time. Let them sober up behind bars, not in some plush spa and rehab facility. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
There is more deserving and responsible acting talent out there. Let them have a shot at a responsible acting career.

May 28, 2007, 12:44 a.m.I know she's she's not a sympathetic figure and I'm tired of reading about her. Still, I feel sorry for. She's spiraling out of control and there's no one to help her. Her mother, apparently, is a small-minded, money-grubbing washout. This girl needs guidence. She's rich, she's pretty, she's successful - and she's dying inside. She could my daughter. She needs help.

May 28, 2007, 12:44 a.m.Hmmm... since she is only 20 and not old enough to drink, isn't the fact that she was drunk proof of underage drinking... maybe she can get a few extra months for that one added on.

May 28, 2007, 6:52 a.m.I don't really care about her so much. I just want to know what gives her the right to get behind the wheel totaly impaired and put people in danger. The girl has been responsible for at least 3 accidents. What happens when she kills someones child, or wife, or husband? Will that hurt the family less becuase their loved one was killed by a celebraty? I realize her life is not easy, but guess what, we all have our problems. And we can't all afford to check into a pash spa every time life hits us hard. Let her rot in jail like anyone else would.

May 28, 2007, 8:12 a.m.Just goes to show, money doesn't help when it come to this kind of thing. You can be just as wild, careless and non thinking no matter rich or poor. Only difference is you get thrown into the spotlight when you are a celebrity. Hope the gavel goes down and she does as much time as the court allows. Isn't this her third? She better get ahold of the OJ dream to help her here. She needs a grip on reality and jail sometimes has a way of doing just that. She is nothing more than a spoiled little brat!

May 28, 2007, 8:43 a.m.Oh, and why don't these rich clowns hire a limo when they know they are going to be drinking? Guess cause they are stupid clowns?

May 28, 2007, 10:55 a.m.She allegedly had a driver earlier (Midnight) in the evening but then she was brought home and decided she needed to go out again with friends around 5;30. So, why diesn't anything ever happpen to the bars/clubs that serve these morons that are undereage? It's not like the bars don't know who they are!

May 28, 2007, 11:30 a.m.I do not understand why these people do not hire drivers. They have no excuse to be impaired and get behind the wheel.
Well not a driver like Princess Di or Corzine had.

May 28, 2007, 12:29 p.m.It is about time bars should be accountable for serving people too much to drink. I agree, people should watch for themselves, but some can't and get behind the wheel and KILL INNOCENT VICTIMS!
