  Guess she should have taken some cues from Brian France of the NASCAR France family - he seems to have the secret to eluding conviction.

  He was held for approximately an hour and a half by Daytona Beach Police after being followed by a woman talking to the police dispatcher on her cell phone giving them a blow by almost blow as he hit and almost hit many objects while driving erratically late last year.

  And was never given a sobriety test or breathilizer test. "Spilled his drink in his lap", he says..... Uhhh,, what drink? A Manhattan highball???

  Seems the real problem here is maybe she just didn't embezzle ENOUGH money - because apparently ENOUGH money exempts you from certain prosecution the financially lesser off would face - at least in Daytona Beach - where free passes for the wealthy are apparently available.?.?.?

  LOL; Is every thing in Daytona linked to Brian France like everything in Washington is linked to Bush?

  Rich people have been getting a good deal from the law as long as laws have been in place. Take a real close look backwards and it was the rich people who wrote the laws. Show me one place where the poor have come together to "do something for my fellow man". Sorry, but only the rich have the foresight to look out for everyone else. Whoops, I should define rich.

  All the movers and shakers have these traits, high IQ, above average education, advanced social skills, leadership and personal success in life.

  What would Daytona be without the France family? If Brian kills a Palm tree a week with his car; just stand him up and say thanks for all you do, here take my car!
