Advocates for the mentally ill are questioning Houston police officers' use of stun guns on suspects with mental problems, many of whom were unarmed and then never charged with a crime.

This is really sad and really hilarious at the same time, they're tasering people who need walkers to get around!

Im so sorry that it has come to this for the mentally ill,Most of whom can be talk down in a crisis.
