May 29, 2007, 4:27 p.m.The overzealous position of N. Pelosi, C. Rangel and other mostly Democratic congress people and representatives, before The Free Trade Agreement is risking our good relations with some of the Latin American countries and S. Korea.

You hit the nail right on the head!
The darkest chapter in the history of our nation will be the eight years of moral, intellectual, spiritual and economic depravity. Nothing can even come close to this abyss, this malaise that George Sr. talked about all the time.
It is a shame that we let this happen to us!
This period will be like a Katrina that went on for eight years, leaving behind everything in total destruction!

May 30, 2007, 9:06 a.m.Thanks for the great cartoon, Macondo.
There must be more to these trade deals than is disclosed to the public? I have seen children make better deals. Both sides of the trade deals should be balanced.

May 30, 2007, 10:53 a.m.Macondo, This is so true. We have a bad habit of sleeping with the enemy. I can not understand why our government keeps giving to the enemy. We are probably paying them to blow us up also.
