Stop Using Our Solders As Pawns »

So let me get this straight. Sessions, McConnell, and other Republicans have "no problem" using our soldiers as "pawns" in their chess game of war funding, just as long as Bush gets these "pawns" out of Iraq early enough before the next election. That's outrageous!

    The important thing is that republicans look like withdrawal was their idea. My prediction is that as soon as the Iraq government (what's left of it) signs those oil leases with big oil, a withdrawal will begin. Then Blackwater can take over being big oil's body guards.

        It gives new meaning to "fight them over there so we don't have to fight them over here."

        Is it better to have (mostly Fundamentalist Christian) Blackwater (that answers to no form of justice or law) over there in Iraq killing and intimidating innocent Iraqis for Big Oil...or have Blackwater over here going door to door (when Bush declares martrial law) shooting Ameerican citizens who disagree?

        That's a real moral quandry...
