Police on Wednesday captured 11 suspected al-Qaida militants who allegedly were planning to stage terrorist attacks in Istanbul, officials said.

I'll be happier when there is real proof that they were terrorists planning an attack. But you have to investigate and arrest suspects before they can be tried.

Truly amazing how something positive about the WOT gets only 9 comments, while some rhetoric story about how and/or why our brave soldiers in Iraq are being killed gets over 400! Things that make you go HHHHHmmmmm?

I can only hope this is actually a blow to Al Qaeda and not just more grandstanding. Lord knows our own government has brought that to an art form.

Your right on with that one snipe91. People are very stubborn and ignorant. How many bombs have to go off to see this. Maybe we need another one in the neighborhood. Idiots I tell you. I wonder who they will hide behind when it happens. They will be the first to scream for help. Go ahead and keep bashing your own country. No matter what happens we're in this together. Maybe you don't like this administration, but remember your Americans first. So get over yourselves people, before the Taliban is all over you.

I will believe it when I see it. They are probably just getting food and lodging while they get new orders on who and where to attack.
