Republican Fred Thompson, making his first appearance since his late entry into the 2008 White House race, criticized the immigration pact in Congress on Saturday and said the United States was battling threats from "forces of evil."

It's great to see that the Republican party hasn't given up its strategy of speaking to people as if they are 5 years old.
They are going to find out the hard way that people see right through these Orwellian platitudes.

Smaller government, lower taxes,. less government involvement in daily affairs, no more forced school bussing.. personal restricted freedoms.,I dont care democrat or republican., stay the hell out of my life., and quit wasteing tax dollars on for a goddam study of every fricking thing that comes along.Hell fire-if a terrorist needs done away with just do it.
