June 4, 2007, 11:54 a.m.The moral of the story is, don't fire warning shots. My double barreled shotgun would be aimed straight at the door. This story is infuriating! Where are the apologists who say "if you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.' Yeah....right.

June 5, 2007, 1:19 a.m.Words can't describe how I feel about this..I'm just pent up with rage at the absurdity of this crap. Cops kill an elderly woman, and sentence a man to prison, and in both instances neither one of them had police records, and never been in trouble with the law.

June 5, 2007, 5:35 a.m.Consider me dead or in prison because I will defend myself. People wonder why some of us distrust/hate law enforcement agents/gestapo. Justice needs to be served not swept away and/or forgotten.
Had problem like this some years back in next county. Bad snitches and police work, nobody was hurt though. They tried to sue for damage to the house, judge ruled against them. Tore the home apart.
